You receive five (5) JPY 5,000 Discount Certificates that may be used throughout the year, including public holidays and blackout dates, for either restaurant dining or accommodation stay

Yes, Membership Card Benefits on food may be used in conjunction with this certificate. The food discount is applied after JPY 5,000 is deducted from the food bill.

The three (3) "Choose your experience" Certificates are redeemable for any one of several options, including Complimentary Afternoon Tea, 20% off Accommodation, or Complimentary Lunch Buffet (the latter requiring three certificates)

Advanced reservations are required and must be booked directly through the reservations department (06-6646-1119), stating your intention to use the certificate.

The Lite Tier membership does not include any certificates.

Within 24 working hours after enrolment, you'll receive a Welcome & Activation email. Step 1: Open the email and download the Life & Style Osaka mobile app. Step 2: Click the "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button, receive an OTP via SMS, and create your 6-digit PIN. Step 3: Log in using your membership number and the new PIN.

Members with a single membership can log in using either their membership number or registered phone number. If you have multiple memberships, you must use your membership number.

No, physical cards are no longer issued. To enjoy your exclusive benefits, simply use the Life & Style app, which provides your digital membership card and e-certificates instantly.

Simply present your digital membership card on the app to the restaurant staff at the time of payment. The discount will be applied directly to your bill according to the Tiers' food and beverage discount structure.

Step 1: Select the preferred E-Certificate in the "My E-Vouchers" screen on the app. Step 2: Accept the Terms & Conditions and click "Redeem." Step 3: Inform the hotel staff of your chosen certificate and ask them to initiate redemption. Step 4: The hotel staff will enter their Outlet PIN. Click "Submit" and then "OK" to confirm.

If a member or associate redeems a wrong certificate, the hotel can contact the Life & Style Osaka office, which will re-issue the certificate within 24 working hours upon successful investigation.

Any request for cancellation of membership must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase of the membership. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the membership fee if any of the certificates/card discounts have been used at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and other participating hotels.
