The Dining Card Benefits, based on the number of diners, are applicable at the following six restaurants:

The "Member’s Day promotion is not valid on national holidays or the following blackout dates.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Benefits are subject to availability and may not be applicable during periods of full occupancy, maintenance, or specific events, including non-eligible menu items, promotions, seminars, and inspections.
  • Only one membership card can be used per table or group at the same restaurant, per visit.
  • The membership card is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

DINING BENEFITS (PREMIUM & LITE)
LITE

Upon presentation of the Membership Card, the member is entitled to discounts on food only at all participating restaurants, lounges, and bars in the Hotel, according to the number of diners. Membership discount is applied before service charge and taxes, and does not apply to beverages (a separate 15% discount applies to beverages, including alcoholic drinks).

Valid in the following restaurants: Table36 & Bar36, Minami, Hana-Goyomi, Empress Room, SH’UN Wine & Dine, and The Lounge. Excluding room service, take-out items, and banquets.

Crazy Wednesday: On Wednesdays, the Member can avail a 50% discount off food only when the Member (1 person) or a total of two (2) people, including the Member, dine in. Crazy Wednesday discount is not applicable on Blackout Dates and public holidays unless otherwise stated. Discount is not applicable for tables of three (3) people or more.

General Rules: Only one (1) membership card is valid per table, per mealtime, and per occasion. Splitting of bills is prohibited. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other member discounts, offers, or special promotions. Selected and promotional menus may be excluded from the discount. Please check with the restaurant in advance.

  • Digital card is non-transferable and must be presented upon dining to receive the benefits.
  • Digital card has no cash value, cannot be resold, and is not exchangeable with other goods.
  • Conditions of use may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • The hotels reserve the right to the final interpretation of all terms and conditions.
PREMIUM

Additional Dining benefits for Life & Style Premium are as follows:

  • Pullman Tokyo Tamachi: 1 - 15 Persons, including the Member – 30% discount.
  • Dhawa Yura Kyoto / Garrya Nijo Castle Kyoto: 1 - 10 Persons, including the Member – 25% discount.
  • The Member also enjoys a 15% discount on bottle keep at Table36 (Including tax and service charge).

Blackout Dates Discount: On blackout dates, a 15% discount on food charges will be offered for dining with up to 10 people, and a 10% discount for 11 or more people. For beverages, a 15% discount will be applied at any time, regardless of the blackout dates.

Children will be counted as the number of guests for Membership Card discounts on Food, regardless of their age, when ordering a meal. When children eat for free, they will not be counted against the number of guests.
ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS (PREMIUM TIER ONLY)
ACCOMMODATION

The reservation must be made in advance. When members have made direct bookings at the hotel (excluding bookings via other websites and travel agencies), members enjoy a 15% discount on the room rate on the Best Available Rate.

  • This discount is valid for up to 2 rooms only for members themselves and includes the member's room.
  • The Member’s Rate may not be used in conjunction with any online promotional rates.
  • Mileage points will not be credited when the Member makes a reservation using the Member’s Rate.
  • There is no Blackout Date at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka.
  • Digital card is non-transferable and must be presented to receive the benefits.
SWISS GOURMET BENEFITS (PREMIUM TIER ONLY)
SWISS GOURMET
  • The Member can enjoy a 15% discount on Swiss Gourmet takeaway products from the Hotel. Selected items may be excluded from the discount.
  • Blackout dates apply during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Christmas Eve and Christmas, and other special promotional periods.
  • Digital card is non-transferable and must be presented to receive the benefits.
BANQUET & WEDDING BENEFITS (PREMIUM TIER ONLY)
BANQUET & WEDDING
  • The Member is entitled to receive a 10% discount on food only for banquet and wedding events.
  • The Member will receive a 5% discount on the total bill, including tax and service charge, when a banquet Plan Package is chosen.
  • Discount will only be applied to direct bookings made in advance. The Member is required to state the intention to use the benefit during the time of booking.
  • Discount will not be applied to bookings made through third-party services.
  • Digital card is non-transferable and must be presented to receive the benefits.
FITNESS & SPA BENEFITS (PREMIUM TIER ONLY)
FITNESS & SPA
  • Enjoy a 15% discount on all spa treatments (excluding promotions) at the Pürovel Spa & Sport.
  • 10% discount on admission fee to Pürovel Spa & Sport.
  • Discount will only be applied to direct bookings made in advance. The Member is required to state the intention to use the benefit during the time of booking.
  • Digital card is non-transferable and must be presented to receive the benefits.

Complimentary Accommodation Certificate (One night stay in a Swiss Advantage Room with Breakfast for 2) (Quantity: 1 PCS)
  • Upon presentation of this certificate, the member is entitled to a one (1) night complimentary stay in a Swiss Advantage Room at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka.
  • This certificate includes breakfast for two (2) persons at Table36 and access to Pürovel Spa & Sport (gym, sauna & bath, and pool, except for the treatment menus) for up to two (2) persons. An extra bed charge of 10,000 yen will be required when three (3) people stay in a room (Breakfast is included).
  • Advanced reservations are required, stating an intention to use the certificate. The Member is required to book directly through the reservations department (06-6646-1119). This certificate is subject to room availability.
  • The Member may choose to have their room upgraded, subject to applicable additional charges. Choice of Executive Room or Junior Suite Room upgrade entitles the Member to free access to the Swiss Executive Lounge.

  • This certificate can be used when booking a Swiss Advantage Room at the Daily Flexible Rate, complimentary upgrade to a Swiss Executive Room.
  • Room reservation is required in advance of stay. Rooms are subject to availability (Reservation: 06-6646-1119).
  • In-house guests are entitled to access to the Swiss Executive Lounge with gourmet breakfast, evening cocktails and snacks during the accommodation period.

JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate (Dining or Accommodation) (Quantity: 5 PCS)
  • This certificate applies to both dining and accommodation and may be used throughout the year, on public holidays and blackout dates. It is fully transferable.

1) At the restaurants, lounges and bars:

  • Valid for redemption at all participating restaurants, lounges and bars.
  • Only one (1) certificate is valid per table, per meal time, and per occasion with a minimum spend of JPY 15,000 (inclusive of taxes and service charge).
  • Membership Card Benefits on food may be used in conjunction with this certificate. Food discount is applied after JPY 5,000 is deducted from the food bill.
  • This certificate may not be used in conjunction with the Crazy Wednesday discount.

2) For Accommodation:

  • Valid for redemption when staying in an Advantage Room or any higher room category booked with The Member’s Rate discount.
  • Only one (1) certificate is redeemable per paid room stay (not per night). May also be used for day-use of any rooms.
  • May be used in conjunction with the accommodation benefit for Select Certificates, but not with a Complimentary Accommodation Certificate.

Certificate Terms of Use:

  • This certificate may not be used in conjunction with banquet or fitness & spa benefits, and is not applicable as payment for treatments, massages, sale of goods and rental fees.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or offers.
  • General Terms apply (No cash value, valid until expiration date, hotels reserve final interpretation).
Dining Celebration Certificate (Quantity: 1 PCS)
  • This certificate can be used at Table36, Hana-Goyomi, Empress Room or The Lounge. SH’UN is valid for 2 to 5 people only (Not valid for Minami).
  • Upon presentation, the member is entitled to a 50% discount on food for a minimum of two (2) people and up to a maximum of ten (10) people. Beverages are entitled to a standard 15% discount.
  • A 10% discount will be applied for additional people in excess of ten (10).
  • This certificate may not be used on Saturdays and during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Christmas Eve and Christmas, and other special promotional blackout dates (Valid for weekdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, except Blackout Dates).
  • Only one (1) certificate is valid per table, per meal time, and per occasion.
  • Must be presented and redeemed. Cannot be used in conjunction with Life & Style Membership Card Benefits and JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.
  • General Terms apply (Non-transferable, no cash value, valid until expiration date, hotels reserve final interpretation).
Complimentary Bottle of House Wine Certificate (Quantity: 2 PCS)
  • Valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when two (2) or more people dine at any participating restaurants, The Lounge, and bar.
  • The bearer may choose to upgrade their choice of wine with a 20% discount extended from a selected wine list. Choice of non-alcoholic drinks is also available (up to 4 complimentary glasses of selected soft drink instead of a bottle of house wine).
  • Only one (1) certificate may be used per meal time, per table, and per occasion.
  • The bottle of house wine must be consumed for dine-in only, and is not valid for take-away.
  • This certificate may not be used in conjunction with the Crazy Wednesday discount and the Select Certificate.
  • This certificate is fully transferable and must be presented upon dining or check-in and surrendered to avail the benefits.
  • General Terms apply (No cash value, valid until expiration date, hotels reserve final interpretation).
“Choose your experience” Certificate (Quantity: 3 PCS)

This certificate is redeemable for any one (1) of the following options:

  1. One (1) complimentary Afternoon Tea Delight for one (1) person at The Lounge. (Max 3 certificates per table/occasion. Not applicable on Blackout Dates/promotional events.)
  2. One (1) Complimentary access to Pürovel Spa & Sport (gym, sauna & bath, and pool) for one (1) person. (Max 3 certificates at one time. Does not include treatment menus.)
  3. 20% Discount on Swiss Gourmet takeaway products. (Not applicable on Blackout Dates).
  4. Accommodation Discount (1): 20% discount on the Best Available Room rate. (Valid for 1 room/1 night only. May be used with one (1) JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.)
  5. Accommodation Discount (2): 30% off the Best Available Room Rates. (Requires three (3) "Choose your experience" certificates to avail this benefit. Valid for 1 room/1 night only. May be used with one (1) JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.)
  6. Complimentary Table36 Lunch Buffet for two (2) people. (Requires three (3) "Choose your experience" certificates to avail this benefit. Valid only on weekdays, with applicable Blackout Dates. Not applicable to beverages ordered separately.)

  • This certificate is subject to availability. Advance 24-hour reservation is required, stating an intention to use the certificate.
  • This certificate is non-transferable and must be presented and redeemed to receive the benefits.
  • This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or other special offers.
  • This certificate has no cash value, cannot be resold and is not exchangeable with other goods or services.
  • These conditions of use may be subject to change without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
  • This certificate is valid until the expiration date stated. The expiry date will not be extended under any circumstances.
